Concord Retreat Facilities

Concord Lodge
The centerpiece of the campus is an impressive, two-story, 10,000 square foot main lodge - the retreat's center. Concord Lodge houses the dining areas and a large main meeting hall which can accommodate up to 150 guests. In addition, two game rooms feature ping pong, billiards, bumper pool and foosball. There are also three breakout/meeting rooms to accommodate smaller groups.

Game Room

Relax and enjoy 2,000 square feet of table games featuring ping pong, foosball, billiards and bumper pool. A snack bar area with cafe seating is conveniently located adjacent to the game room.

Meeting Rooms
The main meeting space in the Lodge can accommodate up to 150 people, comes with four light settings, a stage and a storage area complete with dressing rooms. There are three additional breakout/meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 50 each.

Dining Rooms
Two dining rooms allow multiple groups to enjoy their meals together or in privacy. The large dining room can accommodate up to 100 guests and the smaller ones are ideal for groups of 15 to 50. Professional Kitchen

Our 2,000 square foot kitchen is equipped to handle food preparation for hundreds of guests at one time. The commercial-grade equipment complements the efforts of our foodservice staff in preparing fresh, delicious meals in accordance with your selections from our menus.

Concord Country Store

In addition, the general store and post office of the original community of Concord, West Virginia, which operated until 1932, is on the grounds and makes an interesting registration center.
